ONLINE MINDFULNESS TRAINING

The Vipassana Fellowship Meditation Course offers :
A 90 day online course in Buddhist Meditation from the serenity and insight traditions.>Intended primarily for beginners, the 90 day course is also suitable for experienced meditators who wish to explore different aspects of the tradition. The emphasis is on building a sustainable and balanced meditation practice that is compatible with lay life. The course is led by Andrew Quernmore, an experienced meditation teacher based in England. The course is delivered online and participants also receive our audio supplement on CD-Rom.

RESEARCH INTO MEDITATION

The Centre for Evidence-based Research at the University of Alberta has just released a 400 page report on types and efficacy of "meditation" programs. It makes very interesting reading.
